Scope of Works
In 2018 Lightweight Drywall assisted with the construction of new healthcare office facilities for Buxton building Contractors and the local Borough of Bromley. Situated between Anerley and Penge, the facility was to provide further healthcare requirements to the local area. This new build project was built adjacent to not only an industrial estate and a Railway line, but also neighboured the residential community. This made for external considerations for a number of different parties, and one that was extremely well managed by the on-site management.
The new build construction allowed for a clean and accurate finish, and with little problems to the initial design the project was able to be constructed efficiently and effectively
The works consisted of a selection of drylined partition inclusive of fire rated escape routes, associated plastering services, including a large amount of two coat plastering works, soffit insulation and lay in grid ceilings. As this building was not only going to be a working office space but also a facility that the local residents would visit it was imperative that the end result was not only functional to the staff, but also finished to a high standard.
Lightweight Drywall enjoyed a great working relationship with the lead Project Manager who was a pleasure to work with. The Project gave us real satisfaction for the quality of work we can produce and take pride in providing such important facilities to the local area.
