This unique build not only provided office spaces but also, warehouse facilities, workshops and the all important showroom. The meant that the project had its challenges as the entire facility was essentially a multi use building. The interiors featured outstanding visuals of plastered finished partitions and the Knauf Acoustic Apertura ceiling system, the fine design and installation of such products was a spectacle to be proud of. Lightweight Drywall also provided the exterior SFS framing systems inclusive of external Knauf Windliner cement board and the thermal insulation as required for the exterior walls. Not only this but we provided the insulated STO render systems that occurred on various parts of the building throughout. We were also able to offer assistance to the design when required through our design experience to come up with workable solutions in problematic areas. Being so close to our home location, the Banaham Alarm Headquarters is a constant reminder of the special calibre of projects we are able to work on and successfully produce. We are delighted to have produced such fine work for our neighbours and hope that a similar challenge is only around the corner. ​
